This year’s referral campaign is designed to help you and your agents capture this business and make the most of our network’s “Connections. Powered by People.”

Steps to Referral Success

We encourage you to set your goal 25% above the LeadingRE 2021 Outbound Referral Goal found at the bottom of your monthly eStat Report and on the RELO® Xchange Dashboard. To set per-office goals based on agent count, see the handy Referral Goals by Office Report in the Advanced Reporting Library in Xchange.

Highlight the exciting opportunities of the current market. Share your outgoing referral goal. Preview the promotional tools and remind your agents what’s in it for them – the opportunity to extend their services, the chance to win prizes and recognition, and the ability to earn more income.

Agent Prizes

For every qualified outgoing referral placed through your relocation department, the referring agent will be entered into a drawing for a LeadingRE I’m Local I’m Global Gear. There will be 15 names drawn on the last business day of the month during the contest period.

The agents selected in the monthly drawings will also be eligible for an end of the year Grand Prize drawing to attend the 2022 Agent SUMMIT or the 2022 Global Symposium. The Grand Prize includes an airfare credit up to $500 (USD), hotel room and an Agent SUMMIT Registration (prizes are non-transferable).

To qualify for the monthly prize drawing you must include the name of the referring associate or staff member for each outgoing referral you enter in RELO® Xchange. If you have questions about how to do this, please contact Tracy Vallejo at: tvallejo@LeadingRE.com.

Referral Team Prizes

We are awarding three complimentary registrations for the 2022 Annual Conference (hotel and travel not included) in July. Members are eligible if they are meeting or exceeding their Outbound Broker to Broker Referral Goals through June. The Goal Achievers report is posted in the Referral Performance section of Relocation & Referrals in Access quarterly and recognizes members’ year to date progress toward their annual Outbound Broker to Broker Closing goal.

One prize will be awarded to the LeadingRE member company that achieves the greatest numerical increase in out sent referrals compared to October 2020, and the second prize will go to the member company that shows the highest percentage gain in out sent referrals over last October. Winners receive their choice of a complimentary registration to the 2022 LeadingRE Annual Conference, Agent SUMMIT or Sales Manager SUMMIT (hotel and travel not included).

There will be a drawing for a complimentary registration to the 2022 Annual Conference or 2022 Global Symposium (hotel and travel not included) in January. All members outside of the US are eligible if they exceed their outbound closings by at least 50% year over year through December.
