Steps to Referral Success

Set your goal 25% above the LeadingRE 2022 Outbound Referral Goal found at the bottom of your monthly eStat Report and on the RELO® Xchange Dashboard. To set per-office goals based on agent count, see the handy Referral Goals by Office Report in the Advanced Reporting Library in Xchange.

Preview the promotional tools, and remind your agents what’s in it for them – the opportunity to extend their services, earn more income, and potentially win prizes and recognition. Create a per-office closing goal to inspire the competitive spirit amongst your sales managers as well!

Agent Prizes

For every qualified outgoing referral placed through your relocation department, the referring agent will be entered into a drawing for a LeadingRE "I’m Local I’m Global" giftbox. On the last business day of the month during the contest period, 10 names will be drawn to select the winners.

To qualify for the monthly prize drawing, you must include the name of the referring associate or staff member for each outgoing referral you enter in RELO® Xchange. If you have questions about how to do this, please contact Tracy Vallejo at: tvallejo@LeadingRE.com.

Referral Team Prizes

We will award prizes in the first three quarters of the year to the member company that achieves the greatest numerical increase in out sent referrals and the company that achieves the highest percentage increase in out sent referrals in comparison to the previous quarter in 2021. We will select winners from each category size in Q1 and two winners across all category sizes in Q2 and Q3.

Winners receive their choice of a complimentary registration to the 2023 LeadingRE Annual Conference, Agent SUMMIT or Sales Manager SUMMIT (hotel and travel not included). One prize is limited to each company. Nontransferable and must be used at one of the 2023 events.

In January 2023, there will be a drawing for a complimentary registration to the 2023 Annual Conference or 2023 Global Symposium (hotel and travel not included). All members outside of the US are eligible if they exceed their outbound closings by at least 50% year-over-year through December.
